Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, nice pools

Nothing that I didn't like.

Close to everything: The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable rooms: The rooms on the lower level were kept very clean and offered a balcony for guests to enjoy. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms impressed me. Good wifi: The hotel provided good wifi service, allowing me to stay connected and browse the internet without any issues. Value for money: With prices that were reasonable, this hotel offered a great deal for the amenities and services provided. The fact that breakfast was included in the stay was an added bonus.

Well located.Staff attentive mostly and friendly. Intend staying again . Plenty of shops around and close to Kuta and other placs. Staff not intrusive nor were tour managers . Security good. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. Plenty of good eating places. Quality of food offered mostly very good. Rooms most satisfactory,clean and spacious.

Poor attendance to emails. Front office friendly but less efficient as one would expect. Failed to meet at airport as requested and confirmed. No cereal of any kind for breakfast. Had opportunity to speak with owner who was most engaging and interested in customer opinion. My one complaint was efficiently handled.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Legian City Center district. No complains at all with the hotel...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with two pools and a nice restaurant. The location was central, making it convenient to everything in this city.

Being so close and central to the action and main street of Legian

The airconditioner wasn't working properly. We just thought that was the way it was until we met friends who said their room was freezing. Our air/con was then attended to very promptly

Noisy - Lift does'nt work

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is located very close to everything, including some fantastic restaurants and the Losari restaurant. The rooms with a balcony are a nice touch and are kept very clean. The staff are friendly and the wifi connection is good. One of the highlights is the breakfast included in the stay.

All was fine, no complaints.

The location was central in Legion - close to many amentities, far enough from central Kuta and also close ( a short cheap cab ride to Seminyak). Central to be able to party, eat or relax. It was in a busy side street during the day, but in the evening was quiet so allowed you to chill out. Good prices in bar and surrounding shops/spas etc. A few minutes walk to the beach

Easy to get to and close to all the services I was wanting to use. Very friendly staff. Beds could have been more comfortable. This was.my third time staying at Losari Legian so I was sure it would be good. I was not disappointed.

Noisy at night due to live music and karaoke nearby. When I booked I requested twin beds and this had not been actioned, but a change of rooms was made and all was good.

The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that the basic amenities and rooms on the lower level are kept very clean. The good WiFi connection is an added bonus for those who need to stay connected, and the fact that breakfast is included is a great convenience.

Great position on Garlic Lane. Friendly staff. Meals could do with improving and beer needs to be a lot colder.

The location was great & close to lots nice restaurants

The staff were very nice when approached but the service was appalling. Any time of day breakfast, lunch or dinner we had to always ask to be served. They never came to take any orders had to always ask & was hard get attention to get bill, however no other complaints

The hotel is in a great location, central to shopping and just a short walk to the beach. It's very close to everything you need, including restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good selection of both Asian and Western options. the hotel has a nice pool and bar/restaurant area for guests to enjoy.

The hotel is starting to show signs of wear and could use some maintenance.

The room we had was filled with Diesel fumes from a generator outside. I would not have stayed there for more than one night or the fumes would have killed us. The room was ok other than suffocating on fumes. Maybe a different room at the back of the hotel would have been better
